连锁超市物流配送模式的研究

内容摘要

在竞争日趋激烈的连锁零售业中,物流配送已成为影响企业核心竞争力的关键要素之一。而我国连锁超市的物流发展现状在一定程度上制约了我国连锁超市进一步发展,文中通过分析连锁超市快速发展的现状,连锁超市物流配送在连锁超市物流发展中的重要地位与作用,探讨了超市物流配送模式创新。特别以华联超市为对象进行实证分析,最后结合我国连锁经营超市存在的问题,就加快其发展提出适宜我国连锁超市的配送模式和今后的发展趋势

Abstract

As the environment in retail trade developing more and more competitive, goods matching and delivering which impact an enterprise’s competence has became one of the critical elements. Our country’s level in goods matching and delivering, however, encumbrances further development of chain-supermarket. Through analyzing fast speed expanding of chain-supermarket, the important role and function of goods matching and delivering, the new pattern of goods matching and delivering has been discussed. Based on the combination between Hua liang supermarket case which was analyzed as an example and these problems existing in chain-supermarket management, the article explored the suitable pattern of goods matching and delivering and its trend in order to advance our country’s chain-supermarket.
